Tomino alla Diavola, hamburger buns, Tropea onions, rocket, spicy sauce.
Preparation/Instructions
Cut the buns and lightly toast them. Cook the Tomino alla Diavola in a pan, with no oil or seasoning, for 2 minutes on each side. Caramelize the onions, previously cut in strips, with a table spoon of sugar and a touch of white wine vinegar. Assemble your cheeseburger, adding some rocket and spicy sauce.
