Ingredients

Tomino Tartufo, quail eggs, homemade bread

Preparation/Instructions

Fry the tomino with truffle in a pan and prepare some quail eggs fried in the sun. Toast a slice of homemade bread and garnish it with the steaming tomino, the quail eggs and a sprinkling of black Alba truffle. Let the enjoyment begin!
