How can they be so good?

We only use fresh milk from nearby farms, located in the Pinerolo countryside, with a completely traceable supply chain, from farm to table. We start processing it as soon as it arrives in our dairy, adding a special ingredient — the passion to create something good, tasty, fresh. That’s how our ricotta comes to life, ready to taste with a drizzle of oil and some cherry tomatoes, for an Alpine version of the famous Caprese salad. The fresh tomini, plain, rolled or enriched with spices and herbs. Robiola d’Alba, at its best with oil and pepper. Primo sale, diced in salads.
