Preparation/Instructions
Heat a non-stick pan and pour in small doses the cream obtained from: 1 cup of milk, 3/4 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/2 sachet of yeast, 2 eggs. Once the pancakes are made, mix the Ricotta Selezione with some icing sugar and chocolate chips. Garnish the pancakes with this delicious cream and some berries.
