Focaccia with Mini Tomini speck and sautéed mushrooms

Ingredients

Mini Tomini speck, kamut focaccia, mushrooms, parsley

Preparation/Instructions

Fry the mini Tomini in a pan and place them on squares of Ligurian kamut focaccia. Slice some mushrooms and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and chopped parsley. Finally, use them to garnish the Tomini and enjoy!
