Milk is a gift by nature. We think it is our duty to produce cheese good for you and for the planet. We have been following a sustainable path for many years, which takes form in a series of tangible initiatives. The choice of using only Piedmontese milk collected nearby provides a fresh and quality raw ingredient, and it also guarantees a low impact on the environment as well as a constant, direct dialogue with farmers, supporting small local businesses.
In cooperation with our suppliers, we reduced our use of plastic by 25% and we only use 100% recyclable single materials, such as polypropylene, thus simplifying the disposal process as well. When possible, we completely eliminated packaging derived from cellulose, to counter the exploitation of forest resources.
All the available surface of the dairy roof was covered with photovoltaic panels, reaching nearly 50% self-reliance for our energy needs thanks to renewable sources. Because our cheese should be good for us and for the planet.
