“Tirolese” with Tomino&Speck on savoy cabbage salad

Ingredients

Tomino Tirolese, wheat bread, red and green savoy cabbage, pepper.

Preparation/Instructions

Cut into stripes the red and the green savoy cabbage and season with some drop olives oil and pepper. Cook Tomino with speck in a pan for 2 minutes each side. Slice the loaf of bread, stuff it with salad and put on top the warm Tomino. The “Tirolese” sandwich, with Tomino&Speck on savoy cabbage salad, is ready!
