Ingredients
Tomino Senza Lattosio (Lactose Free), whole grain bread, anchovies “al verde” (Piedmontese sauce with: parsley, garlic, olives oil, vinegar and crumb).
Preparation/Instructions
Cook in a pan the Tomino, 2 minutes each side, than cut into two thick slices, about 1 cm.
Cut into two slices the whole grain bread and stuff it with anchovies with the Piedmontese green sauce and put on top the Tomino’s slices.
The “Piedmontese” sandwich, with Tomino and anchovies with Piedmontese sauce, is ready!
