Ingredients
Mini Tomini, Genoese pesto, wild fennel, friselle or taralli, edible pansies.
Preparation/Instructions
Cook in a pan Mini Tomini, 2 minutes for each side. Garnish friselle with Genoese pesto and put on top the warm Mini Tomini.
Decorate with a little bit of wild fennel and an edible pansy.
