Daisies of Tomini and Mortadella

Ingredients

Prataiola mignon Tomino classico, a slice of Mortadella, a lettuce leaf, one carrot

Preparation/Instructions

Shape the Tomino with a petal cake ring and cut in two parts, to stuff it. Shape also the lettuce leaf and the slice of Mortadella with the petal cake ring, and stuff the Tomino. Garnish the “sandwich” with the carrot.
