Tomino with Tartufo, acacia honey, almonds, pine nuts, pistachios, smith apple


Caramelize all the nuts in a pan, with a table spoon of sugar and a table spoon of honey. Cook your tomino with truffle in a pan, 2 minutes per side. Assembly your dish with Tomino on top of some slices of Smith apple, then garnish with the caramelized nuts and some honey, with a sprinkle of extra pine nuts. Happy Holidays!
