Golosello speck e funghi trifolati


Golosello with speck rocket and robiola, mushrooms, olive oil, garlic, parsley


Wash the mushrooms, cut them in slices and pan cook for a few minutes, with a touch of olive oil and a clove of garlic. Then put a sprinkle of parsley on your mushrooms. Cook the Golosello with speck, stuffed with robiola and rocket, in another pan, 2 minutes on each side. Assemble your dish with your hot and stringy golosello, the sautéed mushrooms and a couple of parsley leaves.
