Cabbage rolls with Tomino & speck


Tomino & Speck, cabbage leaves, diced speck, breadcrumbs, oil, salt


Blanch the cabbage leaves in salted water for 8 minutes. Cut Tomino with speck in two parts and roll both in a cabbage leave. Cook the rolls in a pan with a touch of oil and salt. After that, do the same with the breadcrumbs and diced speck, then garnish your rolls.
