The idea behind our modern cheese factory Caseificio Pezzana has been that of combining tradition with modernity, without depriving neither of them of their fundamental positive values.

Freshly collected milk, sourced exclusively from cows, every morning reaches our dairy from the surrounding countryside areas. It is then processed only after careful and thorough checks, following the old dairy recipes which are the result of a cheese culture deeply rooted in its territory of origin.

The rigorous choice of equipment in compliance with the most stringent production standards, meticulous and daily staff training, careful research of the market interpreted with imagination and originality, and a widespread and efficient logistics system have been the company’s main investment objectives.

An ongoing search for excellence, increasingly ambitious goals, and complete customer satisfaction are the objectives which we intentionally push further ahead daily.
